- This package will be needed in main for speech-dispatcher, which will be replacing gnome-speech for use with gnome-orca.
- Build dependency of speech-dispatcher, which needs to be moved to main.

- The purpose of the package is clear from the debian/control file.
- Upstream call this software dotconf, which has been the package's name throughout its lifetime.
