MartinPitt: Implementation of sudo test for hide-admin-tools-to-users
JeffBailey: Creation and use of Mirror Status list. The US mirror has been broken a number of times, which causes channels, mailing lists, and support lines to get many questions as to why packages aren't updating, or why error messages are coming from the mirrors.
JeffBailey: Advisory list for any uploads to FOO-updates. Updates to installed stable systems can be a surprise. For any update to a stable version, some sort of advisory should be released so that careful admins can decide whether taking an update may have unexpected sideeffects for their stable systems.
