 * Interim solution for xine-lib until [https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MainInclusionFFmpeg ffmpeg MIR] is decided: Since we do ship other mpeg decoders in main (like libmad), and xine-lib ships a partial copy of ffmpeg, which does not support any mpeg2 encoding, I propose as interim solution to upload xine-lib 1.1.3, and use its internal copy of ffmpeg. That copy has split the mpeg related plugins to a new binary package libxine1-ffmpeg, so that no ffmpeg related code needs to be in in the ship seed.
