The Ubuntu-MM Core Membership Board is responsible for approving new Ubuntu members. The board meets at 20:00 and 22:00 GMT +6:30 as follows:
- 2nd Friday of the month: 20:00 MMT and
- 4th Friday of the month: 22:00 MMT
