There should be a additional (optional) LanguagePackCD that contains all the language packs that can't be shipped on the normal cd because of space constrains. It should be possible to update it even after the release.

Summary

There should be a additional (optional) LanguagePackCD that contains all the language packs that can't be shipped on the normal cd because of space constrains. It should be possible to update it even after the release.

Rationale
