install debconf bindings by default
ensure they can be used with kdesu. gtsudo copies ~/.Xauthaurity to a file in /tmp; changes permissions to be readable only by that users; sets $XAUTHORITY to point to that file; passes $XAUTHORITY to new process. so does kdesu do this or does it get lost when adept forks debconf? We need to ship with libqt-perl and make adept set DEBCONF_FRONTEND=KDE to make debconf work.
adept-batch should disappear when the job is done, and should allow optional command line option to set titlebar.
