What was done engineering wise?

We recently uploaded the linux-3.7.0-2.8 Raring kernel package. Since then we have rebased to the latest upstream v3.7-rc6 kernel. We intend to do another upload by EOD Wed Nov 21.

We have also uploaded this kernel to the ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/q-lts-backport PPA to facilitate testing of the 13.04 kernel in 12.04. A newer r-lts-backport PPA was recently opened. Going forward we will upload there. Please test and let us know your results.

What's about to land that might impact the other teams and release as a whole?
