Jason Whitehorn is a Ubuntu/Linux contributer who's contributions to the Linux community vary from Ubuntu Wiki Documentation to composing technical support bots for IRC.

Jason is a Network and Services Administrator for Dell Computer's IRC Network.  His bots help assist technical support agents at Dell's "Alternate Operating Systems Support Queue".
