Things I have issues with currently. Will do something about them sometimes.

Start supporting Ekiga for REAL. Fix the sound issues! Or find an alternative which works ( WengoPhone ?).

A method for picking sun-java as dependency for all java application instead of the bad working gcj.
Automatic install of 915resolution for graphics cards requiring it.
Add a pairing utility for bluetooth HID devices, currently non-existant, enable HIDD if installed.

Split gnome-games into many packages, it's just a clutter right now.
Include easy-ubuntu or create something similar!
Fix the problems with external drives which cannot be unmounted from file browser:

Automatic install of gsynaptics for computers with synaptic touchpad.
Set a maintainer requirement cycle, to keep packages up to date and to reconsider maintaining them perhaps.
Flexible way of configuring screen still missing (general linux problem). An application for doing this would be nice. Especially to assist projector and TV configurations. Something like nvidias configuration utility, but general and on-the-fly.

Start writing true change-sets for the update-manager so that users can what will actually change when they update software, especially known big bugs which users are waiting for.
Dig into the all-to-usuall sound issues. Many application has problems with this and users are confused when some media is played back loud while others are silent.

Unlock screen does not get focus if focus stealing prevention is set to high
Totem should use a different video output method for compatibility with compositioning
Some applications can't get DRI when beryl is running
