Summary
This specification documents the proposed Login Experience for Karmic, which is comprised of:
the login sequence, either in auto-login or in standard/manual mode: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DesktopTeam/Specs/Karmic/LoginExperience
- the logout sequence
- the session switching sequence
The goal for the new experience is to provide smoother transitions between the different steps of the login sequence.
The scenarios for this specification are supported by several modules, based mostly on the new GDM infrastructure.
