My name is Bas Kok. At the moment my main interests in Ubuntu are:

 * Better teminal UTF-8 support
 * Fixing XIM for asian languages. Focussing primarily at Japanese support in the first place
 * User experience. Primarily by filing too many bug reports to upstream authors :-)
